One-on-One Personal Training
Andrea will work with you privately in her studio in Evanston, customizing a program
to increase your strength and overall endurance, reduce body fat and establish a
healthy eating program for you
Group Training for 2 People
Training with a buddy is fun, helps you stick with an exercise plan and saves you
money, sharing the cost of training sessions. Andrea can work with each of your
fitness levels to create a unique workout.
Group Fitness Classes
Andrea teaches a variety of group fitness classes at local health clubs in Evanston.
Some of the class formats include: Interval Training, Total Body Workout, Cardio
Conditioning, Kickboxing, Spinning and Sports Training. See the following links
